2025 AITP Members Only Exhibition – Registration Now Open!

New this year!

We’re excited to introduce the Members Only Exhibition Tent as part of Arts in the Park 2025. This special display is exclusively for current members of the Port Clinton Artists’ Club.

What You Need to Know:

  • Members may submit up to three (3) pieces of artwork total. The pieces can be in different categories.
  • Each submission must be accompanied by a properly sized easel—either free-standing or tabletop—so your work can be displayed securely in the tent.
  • Categories for submissions include:
    • Abstract/Contemporary
    • Ceramics
    • Fiber Arts
    • Jewelry
    • Landscapes/Seascapes
    • Miscellaneous Arts/Crafts
    • Portraiture/Animals
    • Portraiture/People
    • Photography
    • Still Life
    • Wood

💲 Entry Fee:

  • $10 per artwork (maximum of 3 submissions per artist)
  • Please make checks payable to: AITP
  • Mail your completed application(s) and check to:

🗓️ Important Dates:

  • Application Deadline: Tuesday, July 22, 2025
  • Artwork Drop-Off: Friday, August 1, 2025, from 4:00–6:00 PM at the Members Tent in the park
  • Artwork Pickup: Sunday, August 3, 2025, from 3:00–4:00 PM

🏆 Judging and Awards:

Judging for the Members Only Exhibition is separate from the vendor awards at Arts in the Park. Awards will be given in each category:

  • 1st Place
  • 2nd Place
  • 3rd Place
  • Honorable Mention
  • Plus one Best in Show winner!

How to Apply:

  • Please complete one form per artwork you are submitting.
  • Forms can be filled out online and then printed, or printed and completed by hand.
  • Artists assume full responsibility for their work.
